Te Māra

Te Māra will create a warm, friendly community with sophisticated contemporary housing in the emerging high-demand area of Mount Roskill. On completion, Te Māra will feature two micro-neighbourhoods, Whakatō and Keri. These are designed as small, close-knit communities that connect neighbours through shared spaces and careful master planning that creates safe access for bikes, kids and cars. Along the street fronts native landscaping connects the neighbourhood with the history of the site, while alternating cladding treatments create spaces with a unique identity. Te Māra is currently under construction.
